Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Celestino João Fernandes Barata, contactable at info@allone.pt. AllOne is not yet a registered legal entity; until it is, responsibility rests personally with whoever maintains this site.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form, and nothing else:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your city or region, if you choose to give it;
- the kind of participation you selected;
- the text of your message.
The hosting server also records your IP address and the time of sending, briefly, to block automated abuse.
What it is used for
To reply to you, to keep the contact you asked for and to let you know when there is real news. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
The automatic confirmation
When you send the form, an automatic message goes to the address you gave, containing a copy of what you wrote. It is a receipt, not a newsletter, and it is sent only once per submission.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time, without explanation and without consequence.
How long we keep it
For as long as the contact is meaningful to both sides, or until you ask for deletion. If there is no exchange of messages for two years, the data is erased.
Who has access
Messages arrive in the info@allone.pt mailbox, hosted at Amen.pt, and are also stored in a file on the same server that is not reachable from the internet. Only whoever maintains AllOne can see them.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, installs no analytics, and carries no social media pixels or sharing buttons that collect data. There is no profiling and no advertising.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is disclosed to that service when the page opens. If you would rather avoid this entirely, the font files can be hosted on allone.pt directly — the procedure is described in the project README.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a readable format. Write to info@allone.pt and I will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Changes
This policy will be revised whenever forms, newsletters, analytics, donations or other services are added. The date below shows the last revision.
